Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to US, UK & NZ! Please note that additional customs or duty fees may apply based on your location. Check with your local customs office for more details. We are not responsible for any customs fees.


When will my order ship?

For pre-orders, items will ship within 4 weeks after the pre-order period ends. For in-stock items, orders will ship within 2-3 business days. During busy launch periods, shipping may take up to 14 business days.


How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your item ships, you’ll receive tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the items, sizes, or personal information. Please double-check your order and address details before confirming. We are unable to process cancellations at this time.


What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will issue a store credit refund, deducting the shipping fee.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes using reliable postal services. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout.


What’s the best way to care for my items?

For all garments, wash on a cold, gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to maintain quality and longevity.
